This Is My Father's World

While panting on my way back from my once-a-month jog, i couldn't help noticing the greenery: the trees and their flowers, and the grass in the warm late afternoon light.

And i realised the pounding reality of God's presence.. man can only do so much to capture nature's beauty in paintings, pictures, and man can try to replicate plants by cloning, but man cannot create even an atom of grass, or leaf. Even Solomon in all his splendor was not dressed like a blade of grass.

In Psalm 19:1 King David praises God's creation: 'The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.'

How true it is. We all do need to go and take in the beauty of nature some time.
